In the Step 2: Amenities section, you can specify the details of the property, its layout and available services. We'll match the details selected here with the amenities and services available in Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Note that some amenities and services may appear under a different name.
Number of bedrooms
Number of bedrooms refers to the overall number of rooms intended to sleep.
Typically in Rentals United, in order to have a studio apartment the number of bedrooms must be "0". However, the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy expects only properties where the number of bedrooms is greater than “0”. This way, if you have the “0” value selected, the property will not be accepted at the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy side.
Number of bathrooms
Number of bathrooms refers to the overall number of bathing rooms with a shower or a bath.
Number of toilets
Number of toilets refers to the overall number of WCs.
Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy will be informed about the exact number of toilets. Each toilet will be counted in as 0.5 bathroom. Also, the information about the number of toilets will be displayed on the listing page.
If you have the following settings in Rentals United:

Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy will display the number of bathrooms as 2.5 on their website.

Bedding composition
Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy accepts beds in both cases:
-
if they are distributed across rooms in Rentals United,
-
if they are inserted in the General section.
Note, however, that in some cases Rentals United attempts to distribute beds from the General section across rooms. If that is not possible, beds from the General section get synchronized to Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy under the living room area on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website.
